Fracino flies flag for British manufacturing

As a company that champions all things British, Fracino is very proud to have become a member of the Made in Britain organisation.

Helping the country’s manufacturers sell more under one recognisable marque, Made in Britain works to unite, support and promote all manufacturers and the entire British manufacturing sector within the UK and around the world.

Via a series of nationwide events and roadshows, it encourages best practice, offers advice on exports and sales and allows businesses to showcase their products. Members use a universal marque on their brochures, catalogues and point of sale merchandising and in the digital environment to identify products made in Britain.

A firm supporter of British manufacturing craftsmanship, Fracino displays a Union Jack flag on every machine that leaves the factory. The company embodies the UK’s production skills and expertise by being its sole manufacturer of cappuccino and espresso machines – a market traditionally dominated by Italian and Spanish producers.

Head of global sales and marketing, Peter Atmore said: “Membership of Made in Britain reinforces and promotes our world class manufacturing standards. British technology and innovation are highly trusted internationally and its marque is a globally-recognised seal of approval, which acts as a potent endorsement - in both domestic and overseas markets.”

Satisfying 50% of the UK’s out of home market, Fracino also flies the flag abroad - exporting to over 70 countries with international sales making up over 25% of turnover.
